This unique museum houses over 3,250 types of mustards with antique mustard pots and mustard exhibits. In the gift shop, the mustard enthusiast can purchase mustards, books about mustards and various POUPON U merchandise. With this merchandise one is identified as a student at that great University where courses like "The Ecodynamics of Mustard Management" are taught by the self-proclaimed King of Mustard (and curator of the museum), Barry Levenson. This esteemed gentleman is also available to bring his interactive and informative presentation, which includes a tasting of exotic mustards (it appears he'll taste them if you don't) to your meeting or special dinner, to add a little "spice" to the event. With his zany style, he says he's a speaker who really does "cut the mustard". |
