Here you can gain an appreciation for "Doc" Harold Edgerton's contribution to the world of science. The research of this small-town Nebraska native spurred the development of the strobe light and high-speed & underwater photography.  The fascinating hands-on exhibits and entertaining demonstrations of the strobe light and other scientific concepts capture the attention of everyone. The center, the exhibits and even the enthusiasm and excitement of those who visit is a fitting tribute to this inventor and his discoveries.
